We’re excited to welcome Ryan Hsieh as the newest TODO Group Ambassador. Ryan helps build group-wide OSPO practices at Cathay Financial Holdings and contributes to the TODO community through OSPOlogy Asia and TODO resources.
Bio and Contributions to TODO Project
Ryan’s contributions to the TODO ecosystem and wider open source community include:
- Serving on the program committees for OSPOlogy Asia 2026 and Open Source Summit Japan, helping shape the program and connect OSPO practitioners across Asia
- Contributing to TODO resources and sharing practical lessons from building OSPO practices at Cathay Financial Holdings
- Sharing his experience at community events in Taiwan, including COSCUP 2026
As a TODO Ambassador, Ryan aims to help more organizations in Taiwan understand open source governance, collaboration, and contribution. He hopes to bring international OSPO experience into local conversations and explore practices that fit Taiwan’s industrial, regulatory, academic, and community context.
Over time, Ryan would like to organize OSPOlogy events in his region and support regular local meetups where practitioners can share challenges and learn from one another. We look forward to supporting his efforts to grow a more connected OSPO community!
