CHAOSS OSPO Metrics Working Group

The CHAOSS OSPO Metrics Working Group is a joint initiative between TODO Group and CHAOSS, focused on defining standardized metrics and models for measuring the impact of Open Source Program Offices. What we work on The group develops metric definitions, dashboards, and reference implementations that OSPO leads can use to track program health, contribution velocity, ecosystem engagement, and organizational impact. Outputs feed into both the TODO Group resource catalog and the CHAOSS metrics ecosystem, so the same definitions can be adopted across communities and tooling.

OSPO Book Working Group

The OSPO Book Working Group develops and maintains the OSPO Book, a community-curated reference for organizations adopting and scaling open source management practices. What we work on The group writes, edits, and reviews chapters covering OSPO foundations, governance, compliance, community engagement, tooling, and emerging topics.
